Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee availability of that item.

In rare circumstances, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to inventory discrepancies, simultaneous purchases, quality-control issues, or other operational circumstances.

If we are unable to fulfil an ordered item, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include an alternative product, replacement where agreed, or refund of the applicable amount.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

If we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been successfully received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures and applicable law.

Emmiri does not directly store complete card, UPI, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials entered through authorized third-party payment gateways.

Shipping and delivery of orders are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Any delivery dates or timelines displayed or communicated are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses, contact numbers, and other information required for delivery.

Emmiri will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related issues but cannot guarantee delivery within an exact timeframe where delays arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return or exchange eligibility may depend on factors including the applicable request window, condition of the product, original tags and packaging, product category, reason for return or exchange, and other conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Applicable return, exchange, pickup, handling, or shipping charges, if any, will be governed by the Return & Refund Policy in effect for the applicable order, subject to applicable law.

Orders can generally be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and any eligible request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Emmiri may cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to inventory issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect information, delivery limitations, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Where Emmiri cancels an eligible prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our refund procedures.

11. Promotions, Offers and Discount Codes

From time to time, Emmiri may offer discounts, promotional prices, coupon codes, free-shipping promotions, gifts, or other promotional benefits.

Such offers may be subject to separate terms, minimum purchase requirements, validity periods, product exclusions, usage limits, or other conditions communicated with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers and discount codes may not be combined.
